63% of every PurePerf® panel is open, so you can see the pool from the house, the deck and the back door. You can hear the kids through it too.
No rails, no ledges and no footholds on the panel. It is built to meet the non-climbable zone rules in AS1926.1, the Australian Standard for pool fencing.
Every gate comes with TruClose® self-closing hinges and a MagnaLatch® magnetic latch, with the release set out of a small child's reach. Let it go and it swings shut and latches.
Each panel is 2.5mm marine-grade aluminium. A hard knock can put a dent in it, but it will not break into pieces around bare feet.
A PoolPerf® panel weighs 5 to 13kg. A glass panel the same size can weigh around 43kg, and a gate gets opened many times a day.
Splashes and sticky fingerprints do not show the way they do on glass. A quick hose down now and then keeps it looking good.

One question worth asking any glass fence company: was the glass heat-soak tested? It is the test that finds most of those stones before the glass goes in.

Made for your yard
Every panel is made to your measurements, including angled panels for sloping ground and over 100 colours. Nothing gets made until you have approved the drawing.
Ten-year warranty on every PoolPerf® fence. It does not cover impact and accident damage, installation within 1km of the ocean or 1.5m of the pool splash zone, harsh chemicals and abrasives, or normal weathering.

Whether your whole pool area passes also depends on how the fence is installed, including heights, gaps, gate hardware and anything a child could climb nearby, so your installer or certifier checks it on site. Questions
PoolPerf® panels have no rails, ledges or footholds for small hands and feet to use, and they are built to meet the non-climbable zone rules in AS1926.1, the Australian Standard for pool fencing. Keep chairs, pot plants and toys away from the outside of the fence too, because anything a child can stand on can help them over any fence.
At least 1200mm from the ground under AS1926.1. Our standard panels are 1200mm high and taller panels are made to order. Each state adds its own rules on top of the standard, so check what applies where you live in our guide to pool fence rules and heights by state.
Yes. A PoolPerf® fence is built to exceed AS1926.1. Each panel is 2.5mm marine-grade aluminium, so it can dent under a hard knock but it will not shatter, and there is nothing on the panel to climb. You can also see through it, so you can keep an eye on the kids from the house.
Both can meet the Australian Standard. The difference is the material. Aluminium can dent, but it cannot shatter. Toughened glass can, in rare cases, break without being hit when a tiny nickel sulphide stone inside it grows over time. A PoolPerf® panel also weighs far less than a glass panel, and you can hear the kids through it.

Any dark metal warms up in full summer sun. 63% of a PurePerf® panel is open air, so there is much less metal to heat than on a solid fence. If heat is a worry where you live, lighter colours stay cooler to touch.
